Red Skyline, Muscat, Oman

From no website to 300+ listings, with the busywork automated

Red Skyline is a property agency in Muscat. Before this, their only presence online was Instagram. We built the public site in English and Arabic, the admin panel the team uses every day, and the SEO that gets their listings found on Google. Behind it, five automations handle the jobs nobody wants to do by hand: filing and watermarking listing photos, drafting Instagram captions, logging enquiries and owner requests, and collecting testimonials.

Where they started

Red Skyline had no website. Instagram was their only presence online, so there was nowhere a buyer could search properties, and nothing for Google to find.

How it fits together

Four flows run behind the site. The highlighted steps are the ones that used to be done by hand.

Listing a property

Agents add a property through one five-step form: basic info, details, layout, photos and a final review. Every photo gets the Red Skyline watermark, and a copy is filed in Google Drive by sale or rent, then by area, then in a folder for that listing. Areas that don't have a folder yet get one automatically.

Each step retries on its own if Google is slow, and anything that still fails is flagged instead of lost.

A caption ready to paste

At the end of the listing form, the agent can ask for an Instagram caption. GPT-4.1 drafts it from the details they have just entered, in Red Skyline's house format: a different layout for villas and apartments, rooms in the order a visitor walks through them, majlis first and the master bedroom first among bedrooms, and the agent's typos fixed.

Try a simplified version below. It runs in your browser and follows the same house rules.

Caption

The rooms on the left are typed the way agents often type them. Press Draft the caption to see what comes back.

The admin panel

The team manages listings, writes blog posts and approves testimonials from one place. Each listing gets its own reference number, and an agent can mark a property as available or unavailable with one click.

Every enquiry logged

When someone asks about a property through the contact form, the enquiry is saved to a Google Sheet and the team gets a clean email summary straight away. Owners who want Red Skyline to list their property go through the same kind of flow.

Client testimonials are collected the same way, then approved in the admin before they appear on the site.

Found on Google

Every listing gets its own page that Google can read. In eleven months the site went from nothing to 167 indexed pages, 531 clicks and 17,300 appearances in Google Search.

English and Arabic

Both languages live in one place, so a listing reads correctly left to right in English and right to left in Arabic. The team never edits two separate sites that drift apart.
