1. Overview & Data Fiduciary

Zeliks ("we", "us", or "our") operates zeliks.tech and associated products including Zeliks Dental AI and Zeliks Property Studio. We act as a Data Fiduciary under the India Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, a Data Controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We are committed to processing your personal data with transparency, explicit purpose limitation, and high-standard cryptographic safeguards.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect data that is strictly necessary for communicating with you and delivering our software services: • Contact Data: Name, work email address, company name, and project scope submitted through our inquiry or feedback forms. • Technical Metadata: Device type, browser user-agent, and anonymized IP headers for rate-limiting and security brute-force protection. • Client Operational Data: Data provided during custom software builds or AI integrations, governed under individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs).

3. AI Processing & Zero-Data-Retention Policy

We maintain strict data privacy controls for all artificial intelligence and automation workloads: • No Public Model Training: Client data, prompt inputs, customer messages, and generated code are NEVER used to train or fine-tune public foundational models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs). • Enterprise Zero-Retention: We route AI calls through enterprise-tier API endpoints configured for zero persistent data retention. • Human-in-the-Loop Oversight: Critical decisions (such as medical triage or financial commitments) are architected with explicit human verification boundaries.

4. Data Storage & Encryption

All data collected via zeliks.tech is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure in certified data centers: • In-Transit Encryption: All traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with HSTS enforced. • At-Rest Encryption: Database records and backups are encrypted using AES-256. • Access Control: Direct database access is restricted to authorized senior engineering personnel via multi-factor authentication.

5. Your Rights & Data Redressal

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, DPDP Act 2023, and CCPA), you have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate records, request data portability, withdraw consent at any time, or request complete erasure (Right to be Forgotten). California residents also have the right to non-discrimination and to opt-out of any data sale or sharing (we never sell or share your data).
