By accessing zeliks.tech or engaging Zeliks for custom software development, AI automation, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
We believe in total client sovereignty: • Custom Code & Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment for a custom build sprint or project milestone, 100% of all intellectual property, source code, database architectures, and associated assets created specifically for your project belong exclusively to your business. • Pre-existing Utilities: Any general open-source libraries or foundational boilerplates used remain licensed under their respective open-source licenses (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0).
All custom development and automation work is governed by a mutually approved Statement of Work (SOW) with fixed milestones and transparent pricing. Invoices are due upon milestone approval. We do not charge surprise retainers or open-ended hourly fees for scoped work.
We warrant that our software will perform substantially in accordance with the specifications agreed upon in the relevant SOW for a period of 30 days post-launch. In no event will Zeliks be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered systems. Total liability is capped at the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida / New Delhi, India.
